Asian tofu en papilotte
Deze Oosterse papillotte - een pakketje van bakpapier - is het perfecte gerecht voor een avondje met vrienden. Je maakt het van tevoren en schuift het tijdens de borrel in de oven. Easy peasy.
Ingredients
1 block of tofu, 250 g – 200 g bimi broccoli or green asparagus – 200 g carrots, scraped and quartered – 3 Tbsp ginger syrup – 3 Tbsp. soy sauce – 4 cm lemon grass, finely chopped – ½ chili pepper
TIP: serve with basmati rice
Preparation:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C.
2. Cut the tofu into 1 cm slices. Pat dry on kitchen roll.
3. Take a sheet of greaseproof paper. Place the tofu on it first. Follow that by the bimi broccoli and the carrots.
4. Mix together the ginger syrup, soy sauce, finely chopped lemon grass and the chili pepper to make a marinade. Pour the marinade over the tofu and vegetables.
5. Make a parcel by folding in the edges of the greaseproof paper and place it on a baking tray in the oven for 20 minutes.
